Why is every plan limited to 20 monitors right now?: Moni is in early alpha. While we finish building, every account is capped at 20 monitors so we can keep the service fast and reliable for everyone. The cap lifts as we open up — and early testers will be rewarded with a special plan as a thank you.
Is the Free plan really free?: Yes. No card, no trial clock. You get real 1-minute monitoring with every check type, alerts and the full API.
Why don't you charge for check types?: Because a TCP or DNS check isn't worth more than an HTTP one. We charge for scale — more monitors, longer history, bigger teams — never for the kind of check.
Can I switch plans later?: Any time. Your monitors, groups and history stay exactly where they are.
What does dependency-aware alerting mean?: If a router or server goes down, you get one alert for the root cause — not fifty for everything behind it.
Do you offer plans for agencies?: Yes. Agencies get white-label branding on their own domain and manage monitoring for their customers. Get in touch and we'll set you up.
